Step 1: Approach

We start by defining a tailored approach through a consultation to understand your objectives, budget, return expectations, and risk profile. From there, we develop a preliminary concept that defines the project scale and number of units and allows us to estimate construction costs. This helps us select a suitable plot of land that is within your budget.

Step 2: Confirm the land title is clean

Buying land in Zanzibar can be complex if it isn’t handled properly. Boundary disputes, competing ownership claims, and unclear documentation can quickly turn a “good deal” into a costly delay. Design Development

Once a project direction has been established, we move into design development. Once completed we will get your final approval before creating a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
